Even though there are objects for modifying package, advertisement or program flags you should only use them if you know what you're doing.
The flags that you are able to select in an Opalis object like Modify Package: Set PkgFlags work as described within the SCCM SDK, however working with those can be cumbersome and result in a lot of trial&error.

If you want to save yourself some time and trouble you can use an easy trick to get to the result that you want to achieve:
  • Create an Advertisement/Package/Program that you want to create using the OIP
  • Configure it completely to the way you like it
  • Use WMI or SQL to retrieve the value of the combined flags from the appropriate SQL table
  • Using ModifyPackage, ModifyProgram or ModifyAdvertisement you can now insert the value for PackageFlags etc. that you've copied from the SQL DB or retrieved using WMI
